Marin County home prices see first year-over-year gain since January.
The numbers are in, and not only were home prices up from the previous month, but October was the first time since January that the median price of a single-family home in Marin was higher than it was for the same month a year ago, with a 2% gain from 2022. Sometimes it is more than meets the eye with data, so contact me if you want to better understand the market’s direction.
