Just Sold in Corte Madera

It is always fun helping a family upgrade to a larger home.  This family required a large flat grass backyard – no exceptions!  This mission almost took a year to be successful as this is a feature that is highly desirable for many buyers.

This Fall we found 38 Mohawk and beat out multiple offers!  The house checked all the boxes with the backyard gate to the park, big bedrooms, and natural light in a wonderful neighborhood.

Just Sold in San Anselmo

This off-market listing came to my attention on a recent Monday morning. I immediately dropped everything to preview it. I called my clients from the house to say ” I think this is the one!” The large flat backyard and flexible floor plan made it an easy yes. We wrote an offer that same day.

Our quick actions paid off since the pre-emptive offer was accepted! With thorough due diligence and active negotiations, I was able to get my clients a significant credit too.

Just Sold in Greenbrae

A friend of mine referred me to his best friend from college.  Knowing they had both placed their trust in me,I knew I needed to bring my A+ game.
The clients lived on the east coast and while they had over 6 months to plan for the move we needed to manage most of the process remotely.  We met in person one time and communicated via email or phone for market updates and stats for months.
One afternoon they called and mentioned they saw a house online that really appealed to them.   I knew the house well and understood the attraction with the large pool and the backside of the house being all windows!
After a couple FaceTime walkthroughs and a lot of diligence the clients grew to love the house and made an offer, without seeing it in person.
 
The house had a very special WOW factor and received 14 offers. With our well-crafted offer, my clients will be making the move to California in this incredible Mid Century Modern home with water, Bay Bridge and Mt. Tam views.
 
Luckily, when they flew out the next week they had tears of joy when they walked through the front door.  Mission Accomplished!

Just Sold in Larkspur

Recently, a client of mine referred me to his colleague.  Initially, the new clients said they weren’t in a hurry and shared their wish list for a new home.  That week I went out on my usual weekly tour and walked into this property and instantly knew it was for them.  I excitedly called to share the news but they were going out of town, so weren’t available to tour it.  So we waited!  
 
The next weekend they came to Marin to tour homes and this one was high on the list.  They instantly fell in love with the water view, the surrounding nature, and the walkability to downtown.  The next morning, they called me tosay “We want to make an offer!  That is the home we want! “

Just Sold $3,100,000 in Greenbrae

These buyers were relocating from the city and were referred to me by clients I worked with in 2020. The remodeled house with a great layout, pool and sport court was love at first sight!

I was introduced to them in late July so from Hello to Close it was about 45 days. Fantastic in this market!

Just Sold – Greenbrae!

Earlier this year, I sold this client a house in Larkspur and now it was time to sell his end unit townhome.  We received 3 offers and went over asking in about a week! 

The sold price set a record for this group of townhomes.  Happy Seller!
