Just Sold For 19% Over the Asking Price!

This client was moving from Oakland and wanted to return to Marin where he raised his family.  His adult kids were gracious to help find and purchase a home for him.  He has enjoyed 9 Piper Ct for 3 years and now decided to move to Monterey to be closer to his daughter.  After our discussions, they spent about $15,000 to prep the home with paint, new cabinet hardware, new lighting, and cleaning up the landscaping.  They received 4 offers after only 6 days on the market and sold the home for $200k over the list price!  In this unpredictable market, we controlled all the variables possible to attract the right buyers.  My clients are thrilled with the outcome!
